Responsibilities

Own a Named Account List: Execute a pure hunter role, aggressively outbounding and closing multi-million dollar deals with US and multinational Enterprise organizations (10k+ FTE)
Drive End-to-End Sales: Develop and execute a creative, multi-channel prospecting strategy to build a robust pipeline from scratch
Communicate Value: Master the complex sale by running exceptional discovery calls and solution-based presentations to help C-level executives understand the direct financial and cultural ROI of Wellhub
Hit Aggressive Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to scale with the company
Process Excellence: Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach by accurately forecasting and keeping all activity and opportunity information up to date in Salesforce
Seamless Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition of new enterprise accounts to the Client Success Team post-close

Qualification

Required

8+ years of high-velocity, high-stakes B2B experience
Proven track record of consistently crushing a $2M+ annual sales quota in a pure hunter capacity
Direct experience closing massive, complex deals with companies in the 10,000+ FTE range
Experience in HR Benefits, HealthTech, or Corporate Well-being (a major plus)
Ability to thrive in complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
Startup grit and speed required to excel in a dynamic, rapidly scaling global tech company
Selfless team player who elevates everyone around them and is a genuine culture-add
Unwavering winning mindset, incredible resilience, and relentless grit required to hunt and close the biggest logos
Must sit in the US and reside in an approved state
