Q AI is seeking an Expert AI/ML Algorithm Developer specializing in Speech and Audio. In this role, you will develop and implement algorithms for modeling human communication, utilizing proprietary data to enhance system design and performance through cutting-edge research and product-oriented development.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement new methods for modeling human communication
Deal with unique proprietary data and develop algorithms to process it
Devise metrics to evaluate and perfect algorithms
Provide insight on the quality of the data and identify areas for improvement
Affect the entire workflow and design of the system
Perform both cutting-edge research and product-oriented development
Push the size of models to their limits to run on low resource and power compute
Utilize and develop a wide variety of algorithms and methods from the speech recognition and audio enhancement domain

Required

At least 5 year's experience in machine learning
At least 5 year's experience with speech processing and ASR / Audio enhancement
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) – significant advantage
Knowledge and experience with signal processing – an advantage
Practical experience with large-scale data processing, design and performance evaluation
Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and toolkits (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience with utilizing modern frameworks and recent research
M.Sc. in computer science with a thesis in fields of AI / Data science and equivalents
Candidates must have permanent US Work authorization (no visa sponsorship by Q)

Preferred

Ph.D. is an advantage
