Responsibilities
You will own the element of the Rippling Platform that is core to our strategy: permissions & authorization
You will own the customer experience for creating and managing access policies that will dynamically grant users with the correct level of data and application access… with the desired scope
You will deeply understand the permission needs of Rippling applications, leading the vision and execution of platform building blocks that serve a wide array of Rippling products
You’ll be eager to roll up your sleeves and dig into the technical details while obsessing over a simple, intuitive customer experience
You’ll work cross-functionally – across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing functions – to design an extensible system that can meet the evolving needs of Rippling product teams and our customers
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Product Management experience
Thrives in understanding complexity and transforming it into simple user experiences
Deep technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal communication & organizational skills
Strong ability to motivate and inspire people to do their best work
Relentlessly focused on customers' needs
Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, particularly 'Push the limits of possible', 'Go and see' and 'Are right, a lot'
