Responsibilities

Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs

Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory requirements in context and consideration of the Company operation culture of Quality, Safety, Efficacy and Efficiency

Conduct regular risk assessments, hazard assessments, job safety analyses (JSAs), ergonomic evaluations, and safety audits

Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections

Monitor and analyze workplace safety metrics; recommend improvement strategies
