RYSE is a leading supplement brand dedicated to fueling greatness through its products. As a Paid Ad Buyer, you will support the marketing efforts by managing online advertising campaigns, negotiating with media vendors, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize ad placements.

Responsibilities

Manage daily execution of online advertising campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Amazon seller central and other trafficked websites

Coordinate the implementation of advertising initiatives including scheduling, placement, and creative asset delivery

Negotiate favorable terms and rates with media vendors to secure optimal placement for advertisements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and prepare advertising units and marketing materials for launching in acquired spaces

Monitor and analyze performance of media buys by tracking metrics such as reach, frequency, impressions, conversions, etc

Assist in prospecting and exploring new potential advertising networks

Develop relationships with media and paid advertising vendors/entities

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, emerging media platforms, and advertising technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into ad buying

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in ad buying, paid advertising, digital ads, paid social or a related role

Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish rapport with media vendors

Proficiency in media planning tools and software

Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day

Preferred

Certifications in digital media buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Able to work independently and effectively while also contributing to a team
