Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets
Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and enhance the customer experience
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in automotive sales management or a related field
Proven track record of success in driving sales performance and achieving targets
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with automotive sales management software and CRM systems
