This senior-level role involves designing and implementing advanced Microsoft solutions while providing training and knowledge transfer to IT teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead the design, deployment, and configuration of Microsoft solutions, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and related technologies
Act as a trusted advisor for client IT departments, providing guidance on architecture, best practices, and system optimization
Deliver hands-on technical training to IT teams, enabling them to effectively manage, configure, and support Microsoft solutions
Provide business-level training to non-technical stakeholders, explaining technical concepts in clear, accessible language to support user adoption and maximize business impact
Conduct assessments of existing environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend tailored Microsoft solutions
Collaborate with client leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert for ongoing project-based initiatives, from migrations and upgrades to new implementations
Maintain documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and training guides for both technical and non-technical users
Stay current with Microsoft’s evolving product roadmap and bring forward innovative solutions to client challenges
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience working with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments
Proven expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Active Directory, and related Microsoft platforms
Strong background in system architecture, migrations, integrations, and security best practices
Demonstrated ability to train and mentor IT professionals on technical implementation, configuration, and support
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders
Previous consulting or client-facing experience, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, etc.) strongly preferred
