Maintain appearance of office, organizing, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and projects
Social Media management
Coordinating with staff, customers, and cultivating relationships with vendors
Responding to customer and employee requests and questions during and after normal work hours
Social media and marketing experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
