Responsibilities

As a Systems Development Engineer, you will build technology solutions to solve business and customer problems applying appropriate technologies and best practices
Your solutions are testable, maintainable, and efficient
You understand the system architecture and you make appropriate design, technical trade-off decisions
Through automation/technical innovation, you impact positively the performance, scalability, reliability, or availability of a product/system/service
You work to resolve the root cause of complex problems leveraging your cross-domain understanding of the technology involved in your systems
You automate and simplify development, test, and operational processes
Your work will focus on the development and operational support of automation systems we build, for deployment, lifecycle management of hardware and the integrations we own
You will focus on applications built on native AWS for the management, monitoring and solutions directly related to the corporate office space

Qualification

Required

Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
Experience with Linux/Unix
Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
Experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred

Experience with distributed systems at scale
Experience utilizing AWS cloud solutions in a DevOps environment
Experience building services using AWS products
