Five Star Painting® is a franchise that focuses on delivering excellent painting services. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to drive business objectives
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets and objectives
Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and best practices in business development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
