Responsibilities

Implement and execute a strategic business development plan with leadership

Identify and qualify prospects including new agents, approved attorneys, and referral partners

Set and monitor activity and revenue goals to meet annual premium and market-share targets

Carry out retention initiatives to strengthen relationships with current agents and approved attorneys

Recommend and support training programs that reduce risk and meet agent needs

Monitor competitor strategies, new products, and market changes to inform business plans

Build brand visibility by engaging in trade associations, professional groups, and nonprofit organizations

Gain a deep understanding of branch products, underwriting processes, and operations

Required

Proven sales/marketing background with real estate–related experience and strong relationship-building skills

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent training/experience) and the ability to travel
