Senior E-Commerce Operations Analyst

Responsibilities
Guides new customers through connected commerce platform setup for a smooth activation
Coordinates punchout setups with internal teams and customer IT contacts
Provides daily service for integrated accounts, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
Administers e-quote requests from start to finish with fast turnaround and clear communication
Understands all aspects of the E-Commerce platform Optimizely, including site content, product data, promotions, and troubleshooting issues from the field
Works with sales, IT, and operations to support connected commerce initiatives
Maintains hosted catalogs with up-to-date SKUs, pricing, and availability
Oversees order processing, track progress, and troubleshoot errors
Ensures alignment with teams and customers through clear documentation and communication
Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field
Certification is required in some areas

Determines and develops an approach to solutions
Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues
May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc
Contributes to employees' professional development but does not have hiring or firing authority
Preferred
Technical acumen, effective communication
Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Optimizely and Magento
ERP knowledge, Oracle
Experience with TradeCentric and PunchOut solutions
Strong customer service skills
Resides in Birmingham, AL area with ability to come into the office daily
E-Procurement systems experience
