Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies
Source and screen top Data & AI talent to match role requirements
Manage the entire recruitment process, from outreach to offer negotiation and placement
Build and grow your own client and candidate relationships to drive your business
Stay current with Data & AI trends to provide clients with market insights
Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes
Support and mentor junior team members as a positive role model

Required

Experience as a 360 Perm recruiter
Ability to build new client relationships

Innovative thinking to improve recruitment processes
