Future Opening: Sales Account Executive
CareerPlug is an innovative remote-first software company that provides recruiting and HR software for over 60,000 growing companies. They are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to identify client needs, present solutions, and drive the adoption of their software among prospective clients.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls or inbound email requests from prospective clients
Prospect new franchisee, association member, state farm agent, and independent employer leads in efforts to demonstrate product(s)
Schedule and demonstrate product to prospects
Maintain a minimum number of upgrades and activations per month
Drive adoption of paid subscriptions with current partners
Consistently update client information in the system of record (HubSpot) each day
Collaborate with Partnership Teams and Sales Operations to support efforts to drive adoption of Premium subscriptions
Qualification
Required
Comfortable in a client-facing role and has experience working directly with clients
Prospecting experience, cold/warm calling experience
Preferred
Worked with the franchise industry, associations, and/or co-operatives
Knowledge of recruiting
Worked for a software company in sales
Worked with partners that are not a direct client
