Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL objects and Oracle Forms applications
Optimize database performance and write complex queries
Perform full-stack development and application reporting (PHP, Classic ASP 3.0)
Utilize Git, Jenkins, and database query tools (TOAD, SQL Developer, SQL Navigator)
Ensure database security and follow best practices in relational database design
Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and create technical documentation
Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Oracle database experience with PL/SQL
5+ years in Oracle Forms development
3+ years in SQL performance tuning and full-stack development
Experience with Git, Jenkins, and relational database design
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred
Oracle certification(s)
Experience with Agile, XML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, AngularJS, NodeJS, React)
Knowledge of environmental regulatory processes and DEP's technical environment
