They are seeking a Master Plumber to diagnose plumbing systems, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Maintain and develop excellent professional relations with our clients, prospective clients, and vendors
Attend meetings as needed
Understand specifications, plans, and blueprints
Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing products, materials, equipment, and installation procedures
Assess the most efficient material, rental equipment, and installation process
Prepare and communicate to clarify project scope during and after the estimating process
Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
Prepare bid proposals and change orders
Track, follow up, and review unsold estimates and contract documents
Support purchasing and field teams in all aspects of project development
Mentor other plumbers as needed
Follows health and safety standards and complies with building and plumbing codes
Other duties as needed to accomplish the responsibilities of the Plumbing
Qualification
Required
Applicant must be licensed in Ohio

Wear protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, safety shoes, high visibility vest, and other items as required
Ability to maintain balance
Frequent moderate lifting, repetitive motion, bending, walking, climbing ladders, and working from heights
Occasional heavy lifting, kneeling, stooping, and crouching
Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, precipitation, confined spaces, loud conditions, heights, and other environments
Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing building codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
Continued education and training
Clean, safe driving record
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Strong verbal and written communication
High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections
