They are seeking a Fortinet Certified NSE Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Fortinet security solutions, ensuring robust security postures, and providing technical support to clients.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement Fortinet security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems, tailored to meet client requirements
Configure and maintain Fortinet devices and services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability
Monitor security systems, identify potential threats, and respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to Fortinet products and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Maintain comprehensive documentation of security configurations, changes, and incidents. Generate reports on security metrics and incident responses
Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Fortinet products and best practices in network security
Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and Fortinet product updates
Qualification
Required
Fortinet NSE 4 (minimum). NSE 5, NSE 6, or higher certifications are highly desirable
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network security and Fortinet product implementation and management
Proficiency in configuring and managing Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and related technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex security issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and with clients
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
