Responsibilities
Oversee each assigned project
Ensure construction work complies with contract requirements and meets project schedule
Review construction project plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Issue Purchase Requests to buy raw materials for fabrication
Process RFI, and change orders
Manage and schedule shop drawing processing, shop fabrication, and field installation
Communicate and coordinate with clients and inspectors to ensure project is progressing smoothly
Attend construction site meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent
Great attitude towards individual performance and teamwork
Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
Able to understand Architectural Drawings and Structural Drawings
Able to read and write clearly and concisely in English to describe technical / mathematical / geometric / spatial objects and situations
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus but not necessary
