Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Data Entry for all new and ongoing jobs; maintains/audits all related documents
Scheduling of services; interacting with customers
Assist Project Managers securing jobs and thru all stages of job implementation thru to completion
Assist Accounts Receivable as needed
Processes credit card payments
Maintains profile screening qualification site requirements including background checks
Assists with HR duties
Secure needed documents for jobs and upload into job processing system
Qualification
Required
Friendly, helpful personality and attitude with customer service focus
Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
A willingness to learn other software programs key to our business
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Team player who can work both independently and cooperatively
