Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in business, business education, technology, or a related field
At least three years of experience teaching
Strong written and communication skills
Willingness to teach mornings or evenings
Ability to teach in person and online
Experience working with people of diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Philosophy of education appropriate for the adult learner
Preferred
Master's Degree in Higher Education, Adult Education, business, or technology
At least five years of experience teaching in adult education or higher education
Knowledge of D2L Brightspace and Banner
Experience using online platforms/instructional technology
