Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating consumer field returns for performance, durability, and compliance
Collect and analyze data from star reviews and call center data to identify trends and potential quality issues
Support root cause analysis and problem-solving for product defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing, to improve product quality
Document results and create reports to support decision-making on Sharepoint and JIRA
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and quality control processes
Qualification
Required
Current student in their third year or beyond of a bachelor's program, or currently enrolled in a master's program
Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with 4 days per week onsite in Needham, MA
Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity with quality testing methods and tools is a plus
