Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives
Design, implement, and manage large-scale cybersecurity training programs
Manage program planning, instructional design, training tools, reporting, and administrative functions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in developing and managing cybersecurity training programs, preferably in government/federal agencies
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices
Familiarity with federal cybersecurity mandates, policies, and frameworks, including NIST RMF, NICE, and AI RMF
Proven ability to manage program planning, instructional design, training tools, reporting, and administrative functions
Preferred
PMP – Project Management Professional
CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
CompTIA CTT+ – Certified Technical Trainer
CPLP – Certified Professional in Learning and Performance
CIDD – Certified Instructional Designer/Developer
CTDP – Certified Training and Development Professional
