Write and edit NEPA-compliant plans, reports, and communication materials

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
7+ years of communications/public involvement experience (3+ years in consulting)
Strong knowledge of NEPA and public involvement processes
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Webex, and Zoom
Valid driver's license
