Troon is a hospitality company focused on providing superior service for guests. The Guest Services Attendant will assist with the upkeep of the golf course, provide courteous service to guests, and ensure a pleasant experience for players and customers.

Responsibilities

Assists with the overall upkeep of Stonebridge

Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning

Assists in educating players regarding the game

Directs start of play when necessary

Stages clean and fully stocked Golf Cars at the start of the day and cleans, re-stocks and returns Golf Cars to service or storage at the end of the day

Maintains a ready supply of Practice Range golf balls by picking the range as necessary using the Range Picker or by hand-picking depending on conditions

Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return

Assists with food and beverage activities

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Performs other duties as required

Qualification
