Sales Recruiter (Contract)
Canva is a company redefining how the world experiences design, and they are seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their team. The role involves developing relationships with stakeholders, focusing on hiring strategies for Sales and Customer Success roles, and enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities
Hiring Strategies: Work with your key stakeholders to develop a proactive hiring a sourcing strategy and to understand the core role requirements for GTM roles
Sourcing: You’ll be responsible for developing and executing on sourcing strategies that deliver the strongest results and make sure we’re bringing top talent into the GTM teams. Identifying top talent through a variety of passive channels including bespoke country social platforms, market research, Boolean, referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns. Think creatively about reinventing the way we identify top talent
Full life-cycle recruiting: You’ll get to own the recruiting process from start to finish, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent
Hire the best: Your focus will be on hiring quality candidates with agility and speed. We regularly do Global searches to find the best talent for Canva
Partner with your hiring managers: You will work closely with your hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of how each role fits into Canva
Obsess about candidate experience: At Canva we care deeply about our People. Our candidate experience isn’t anything different. You are well-spoken on the phone and articulate over emails. You can effectively share the Canva story, vision and culture and act as a brand ambassador
Data-driven: You are always trying to improve our hiring process and you will think with a data-first approach
Qualification
Required
Experience with high-volume GTM recruiting, consistently delivering quality hires at scale
Ability to analyze recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and implement impactful process improvements
Strong closing skills
Ability to navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Independent, adaptable, and highly motivated
Creativity and proactivity in sourcing talent
Understanding of Canva's product, culture, and mission to attract the right candidates
Ability to leverage unique offerings to showcase Canva as an enticing employer
Tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in creating exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers
Well-spoken on the phone and articulate over emails
Preferred
Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies
Experience in full life-cycle recruiting
Experience in hiring strategies and understanding core role requirements for GTM roles
Experience in identifying top talent through various passive channels
Experience in improving and scaling recruiting operations effectively
