Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues with Allen Bradley PLCs, motor controls, and Schneider servo drives to quickly restore production
Work safely with high voltage (480V) and low voltage systems, performing corrective and preventative electrical maintenance
Apply strong mechanical skills to repair conveyors, gantry systems, stretch wrappers, and robotic equipment
Execute and improve preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Collaborate with engineers and controls specialists to implement system improvements and automation upgrades
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including electrical schematics, CMMS work orders, and equipment history
Provide hands-on support during system breakdowns to ensure fast recovery of production lines
Follow all safety and EHS protocols, ensuring compliance with Fortune Brands standards and OSHA requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Able and willing to work 1st shift, Monday - Friday with occasional overtime

Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechatronics, or related field preferred
