Responsibilities

Serve as a technical lead for process development

Process optimization, scale-up, and control strategy

Collaborate closely with product development, pharmaceutical science, and broader engineering groups

Qualification

Process developmentBiopharma industry experienceChemical engineering degreeAnalytical characterizationHands-on experience with biologicsManufacturing technologiesProject ownership experience

Required

PhD degree in pharmaceutics, chemistry, biochemical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, organic chemistry, or similar field

M.S. degree with 3+ years of experience in the biopharma industry

Experienced in process development

Must be a U.S. person as defined by U.S. export regulations

Preferred

Hands-on experience with biologics

Degree in chemical engineering, physical chemistry, or related fields

Experience with broad range of manufacturing and process technologies

Versed in analytical characterization

Experience as the responsible engineer or technical owner of projects at various stages including initial concept and high-volume scale-up
