Responsibilities

Develop, submit, and process training document changes
Communicate, train, and educate documentation changes to associates via LARs
Provides support for new products, procedures, and/or equipment introduction
Assist in ISO/DARM audits and preparation
Assist teams with training documentation needs and ensure all training is delivered on time
Maintain production operations training records
Responsible for managing Supply Chain safety programs, including, but not limited to: attending and providing content for safety team meetings
Developing and implementing safety awareness and improvement programs
Assisting project teams with safety related activities
Recording and tracking open safety action items
Assisting with HIRA, incident investigation/follow-up, safety and housekeeping audits, and all other safety related activities

Required

Your probationary period has been completed
You are certified in your current role
You have no active disciplines
Forklift experience desired
Required to get class to train operators on Forklift and Pallet jack
Experience with or a thorough understanding of Concord documentation writing, PDC process, and training systems
Ability to handle/prioritize multiple tasks as necessary
Familiarity with ETQ document management system
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively train others
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow up/complete assigned action items/tasks in agreed timeframe
Comfortable speaking in front of and presenting to a variety of audiences
Motivated, self-starter with a positive attitude
