Responsibilities

Support System I&T (Integration and Testing) to move product from assembly to ready for deployment
Conduct integration, verification, and testing in the lab or the field to ensure the system performs according to specifications
Debug, Trace, and correct faults in mechanical, electronic and software systems
Develop and document comprehensive test plans and procedures to enable efficient handoff of testing tasks to technicians
Develop efficient test plans, procedures, and test benches/suites to streamline the Integration & Test (I&T) process
Identify tools and equipment required to support I&T and setup/program that equipment as necessary
Collaborate with LSE (Lead Systems Engineer) to create and execute test plans and procedures for lab, production and field
Work closely with the overall engineering team to understand the limitations and capabilities of the system
Support setup and configuration of system hardware components
Work 4-5 days per week out of our office in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California

Required

Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) or another related field or equivalent work experience
Experience in a technical role: Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field
Demonstration of Integration & Test experience: Experience conducting integration and test or troubleshooting technical issues on complex systems
Familiarity with specific test equipment used in RF (Radio Frequency) Systems testing, like signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc
Strong work ethic and attention to detail: A commitment to quality and a keen eye for catching errors

Preferred

Systems Engineering experience with RF (Radio Frequency) Systems
Familiarity with programming languages like Python, MATLAB, or C++
Experience with Signal Processing and/or Data Analysis
