Responsibilities

Represent clients in workers’ compensation matters

Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies in coordination with partners and clients

Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and potentially trials

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

Provide legal analysis and case strategy guidance to clients

Collaborate with partners, clients, and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Stay informed of developments in Florida workers’ compensation law

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, shareholders and staff

Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines

Willingness and ability to provide exceptional, determined legal representation to clients through responsive and memorable interpersonal connections

Desire to operate with a strong set of ethics

Experience using LexisNexis for legal research
