Responsibilities

Lead strategic-level products and collaborate with other IC experts to assess foreign systems for electric power generation, transmission, and distribution, including their infrastructure and networks

Qualification

Energy infrastructure knowledgeAnalysis experienceIC infrastructure analysisICD 203/206 tradecraftHigh-quality deliverablesFormal briefingsShift work supportTeam rotationTS/SCI clearanceINDOPACOM AOR knowledge

Required

3+ years of experience in analysis
Knowledge of energy infrastructure, systems, and resources
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Active TS/SCI clearance; preferably with CI polygraph exam; #QinetiqClearedJob
HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or economics or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or economics

Preferred

Experience in IC infrastructure analysis and in ICD 203/206 tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR
Ability to provide shift work support
Ability to accept a 6 or 12-month rotation to another team and facility
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
