Responsibilities
Lead operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of pulverizing and briquetting systems
Develop process parameters to improve efficiency, consistency, and product quality
Train and mentor operations staff on equipment use, maintenance, and safety protocols
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Provide technical recommendations for equipment upgrades, retrofits, and preventive maintenance
Act as the technical liaison with equipment vendors, especially Sahut-Conreur, to implement best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience in pulverizing and briquetting operations
Proven record of optimizing process throughput, yield, and reliability
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
Direct knowledge of Sahut-Conreur equipment
Experience in carbon, chemical, or materials processing industries is a plus
