Account Executive- Key Accounts
Harnham is a globally leading recruitment agency in the Data & AI space, and they’re continuing to grow in New York City. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of existing accounts and focus on expanding their footprint and growing revenue across an engaged client base.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts with active agreements in place
Deepen relationships by understanding client needs and expanding services offered
Partner with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI talent to clients
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within current accounts
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with leadership to shape account growth strategies
Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client partnerships to expand our portfolio
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in contract recruitment is a must
Strong account management or client services background within recruitment
Business development mindset with the ability to expand existing agreements
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Data & AI, tech, or related industries is a plus
Entrepreneurial approach and desire to grow within a fast-scaling business
