Responsibilities
Implementing the safety program on-site
Primary interface with the client
Participating in reviews during the preconstruction phase of the project
Developing procurement and packaging approach through buy-out
Identifying risks and risk mitigation strategies
Developing and endorsing construction team staffing and budgets
Leading, coaching, and mentoring on-site staff
Responsible for financial performance of the project including timely invoicing to the client and payment of subcontractors
Producing forecasts and revenue plans while coordinating with financial managers and project controls staff
Managing permitting compliance with regulatory agencies and project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management, or another applicable field
At least 8 years of progressing experience including management in construction and administration of large multimillion-dollar projects in water / wastewater
Preferred
Knowledge of design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components
Experience in alternative project delivery including progressive design build, fixed price design build, or construction management at risk
