Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Consulting, and Research to understand client needs and lead the creation of proposals, statements of work, and client presentations
Lead the pursuit and closure of new consulting opportunities through qualification efforts, proposal development, and strategic client discussions
Identify opportunities for additional services and consulting engagements that align with client priorities and strategic goals
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to support ongoing business and success
Act as the executive sponsor and senior client-facing representative on consulting engagements
Lead delivery teams across all project phases—planning, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, and execution—ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality delivery
Guide and mentor teams through assessments, findings, recommendations, and executive briefings
Present insights and deliverables to executive leadership, articulating strategic implications and value-driven outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, sponsors, and project managers
Collaborate across Consulting to support strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives
Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and project delivery
Lead internal initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and business development
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of building and delivering solutions to mission-critical client priorities
Fluency in English required
Strong business acumen with the ability to advise C-level clients on strategic priorities
Demonstrated experience in business development, proposals, RFPs, and Statements of Work
Excellent client-facing skills with a demonstrable history of building trusted relationships and delivering value
Experience leading teams, mentoring, and driving high performance
Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex client environments, and meet tight deadlines
Client Engagement & Facilitation: Build trust-based relationships, lead workshops, and facilitate productive discussions
Project & Program Management: Plan, execute, and monitor consulting engagements, managing scope and expectations
Business Development Support: Identify client needs, create proposals, and support closing opportunities
Critical & Strategic Thinking: Structure problem-solving, analyze data, and deliver actionable recommendations
Communication & Influence: Present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to executive audiences
Executive Presence: Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, demonstrating credibility and influence
Business Strategy & Transformation: Help clients design and implement strategies that drive operational and technical maturity
People Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams with a commitment to client and team success

Fluency in French is an asset
Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is good to have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally
