They are seeking a talented Consultant with an Appian Developer skillset to design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian BPM platform, while collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to meet the needs of the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement applications using Appian BPM platform

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Develop scalable, secure, and efficient solutions tailored to insurance industry needs

Perform system integrations with external systems and APIs

Create detailed technical documentation, including design specs and user guides

Support testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Appian applications

Adhere to best practices for Appian development, coding standards, and deployment processes

Travel bi-weekly to client site for meetings, workshops, and onsite development work

Display evolv’s core values in the way you act, speak, and work

Remain committed to successful delivery to the client on every engagement (success metrics involve deliverables met, client satisfaction, future project recommendations/extensions and collaboration)

Prioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals

Contribute to evolv’s culture and personal development through collaborating well internally, displaying our core values, participating in internal initiatives (events/groups), and/or obtaining new certifications approved by leader

Help grow evolv by providing team member/client referrals and connecting with our internal network
