Responsibilities
Scrub in and assist physicians during interventional cardiovascular and peripheral cases
Provide monitoring and procedural support in Cath Lab, IR, or Hybrid OR
Deliver staff education and in-servicing on interventional devices and best practices
Support procedures including structural heart, thrombectomy, vascular interventions, and device implants
Ensure compliance with sterile technique and safety protocols
Travel throughout the San Antonio area as needed (mileage reimbursed)
Qualification
Required
Active RT(R) credential
Minimum 3 years Cath Lab / IR / Hybrid OR experience
Experience with devices such as Inari, Impella, AngioJet, IVUS, and similar systems
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with physicians and staff
Valid driver's license, ability to travel regionally
Preferred
Device training or medical device in-servicing background
Familiarity with advanced cardiovascular/peripheral techniques (TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, etc.)
