Senior Account Manager - B2B Distribution Sales
LG Electronics North America is a global leader in technology dedicated to creating innovative solutions for a better life. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their B2B Distribution Sales Team, focusing on expanding market share and managing relationships within the AV and IT distribution industry.

Responsibilities
Help with design and implementation of strategies to expand the LG market share within a distributor or set of distributors
Assist these different groups and coordinate Internal and external alignment of the tasks necessary to implement the divisional and channel specific strategies
Attainment of business plan target for overall revenue in addition to attainment of targets for the individual product categories
Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting
Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management
Assit buyers at each customer as well as BM Teams to Manage channel and LG inventory levels for optimization
Coordinating with PM to address overstocks or aged inventory when necessary. Negate returns with sales actions
Manage monthly sales in and out plan, forecasts, action plans and resources as they change and adapt to a constantly changing competitive environment
Targeting and acquisition of Reseller base breadth and depth goals
Weekly observation of competitive products, pricing, promotions and any other actions
Daily management of funded infrastructure and sales/marketing investments
Liaise with internal groups to optimize marketing dollars and activities for maximum brand exposure and growth
Manage administrative tasks with support from Inside Sales team
Represent LG Electronics at trade shows and other speaking engagements as needed
Qualification
Required
BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in AV or IT Network solutions with a proven track record of results
Experience in AV or IT Technologies, such as; Large format displays, Small format displays, collaboration technologies, digital signage content
Experience with IT or AV Distribution accounts (established relationships preferred)
Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance and account P&L
Experience with SalesForce CRM a plus
A desire to interface directly with customers, end users and OEM's
Availability and willingness to travel {up to 70%) to customer sites and trade shows as required
