Responsibilities

Assist in the design and execution of performance tests on energy storage systems and related software
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and troubleshoot performance-related issues
Support the development of performance models and simulations to predict system behavior under various conditions
Document findings and prepare reports summarizing performance assessments and recommendations
Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on performance optimization strategies
Research industry best practices and emerging technologies related to performance engineering in energy systems

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Software), Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or similar
Basic understanding of energy systems and renewable energy technologies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about performance engineering and energy storage solutions

Preferred

Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools is a plus
