They are seeking a React Developer who will be responsible for designing and developing customized solutions using React, participating in DevOps activities, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements
Create functional requirement and design for customizations
Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks
Review developer proposed implementation and identify efficient designs
Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the Agency, including verifying that the policies/restrictions in place
Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to perform code reviews
Qualification
Required
6-10 years of experience as a SME/Developer in complex enterprise level developer projects
Deep knowledge (4 years) of React is required
At least two years working with Next.js
At least two years working with Node.js
4+ years' experience implementing, developing, supporting and maintaining React applications
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel
Strong client-service orientation and focus
Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to Client
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
6-10 yrs. as SME in complex enterprise level developer projects
Experience in CI/CD deployment, testing and full stack development
Experience in developing React applications
Experience in developing Next.js
Experience in developing Node.js
Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills
Candidate will be required to work Onsite 4 days a week
Preferred
Experience in Typescript
Understanding of RESTful API design and development
Experience in Cloud-based hosting such as Azure or AWS
