They are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the successful delivery of interior and exterior paint jobs, manage multiple projects, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage our complete portfolio to ensure all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while meeting our clients' defined project scope and exceeding their service expectations

Qualify each job with customers before each job begins. Set scope expectations, confirm colors, and coordinate project walk-through

Manage paint and incidental budgets by ordering proper quantities and minimizing waste

Project manage each interior and exterior paint project. Ensure on time delivery, control paint costs, manage a clean and professional job site, and ensure a quality outcome

Successfully close out each project and confirm customer acceptance. Collect final payment and confirm Five Star review

Find, attract, and hire our painting subcontractors and employee crews

Coordinating other trades when needed....stucco repairs, carpenters, texturing, landscapers, pool screening, etc

Manage crew hours, payroll, and subcontractor payment
