Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty
Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products
Identifies best practices and standards for the use of the product
Delivers support and design for industry specific technologies that require integration with systems or networks
Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts
Functions as a niche technical SME
Lead experience with technical expertise across large, complex implementations for systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrates expertise in conveying technical and functional concepts for a specific technical specialty
Identifies improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services/products
Identifies best practices and standards for the use of the product
Delivers support and design for industry specific technologies that require integration with systems or networks
Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts
Functions as a niche technical SME
Lead experience with technical expertise across large, complex implementations for systems
Performs design & development of applications on moderate to complex projects utilizing HP Exstream Designer 9.x or lower
Performs duties/knowledge with/of HP Exstream version upgrade 9.x or previous
Performs duties/knowledge with/of HP Exstream Migration project 9.x or previous
Works directly with clients to capture their requirements and subsequently work on implementing them into the system
Serves as a communication liaison to bridge gaps and resolve/identify deficiencies in the system
Maintain the environment (DEV, TEST, UAT) and ensure best practices of code keeping is followed such as, source control, backups etc
Interacts daily with government clients in order to meet the technical requirements for new initiatives
Works with Quality Assurance / Quality Control teams to ensure the application remains secure and defect free
Defines and documents processes to be used by all application developers on the team
Plans, researches, and recommends new equipment, software tools, and related technologies
Uses monitoring and performance analysis tools to troubleshoot and isolate application performance issues
Updates system and process documentation, produces user guides, diagrams, and SOPs as needed - Including Visio Network design drawings
