Maintain real-time communication with field staff
Update job statuses and customer records
Assist in resolving scheduling issues or customer concerns
Support overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in the plumbing or home service industry is strongly preferred
Familiarity with ServiceTitan (our customer relationship management software) is highly suggested — training will be provided
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and customer-service focused
Friendly, professional attitude and a willingness to learn
