They are seeking a SME-React Developer Journeyman who will develop a new application for the agency, focusing on designing and developing customized solutions using React. The role involves interacting with clients to understand business requirements, creating functional requirements, and collaborating with technical teams for code reviews.

Responsibilities
Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements
Create functional requirement and design for customizations
Accurately estimate level of effort for implementation tasks
Review developer proposed implementation and identify efficient designs
Work with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet the needs of the Agency, including verifying that the policies/restrictions in place
Collaborate with Delivery architects, Technical Leads and developers to perform code reviews
Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience as a SME/Developer in complex enterprise level developer projects
Bachelor's degree in IT, related field, or equivalent experience
6-10 years as SME in complex enterprise-level developer projects
Experience in CI/CD deployment, testing, and full-stack development (6 Years)
Experience in developing React applications (4 Years)
Experience in developing Node.js (2 Years)
Experience in Typescript (1 Year)
Understanding of RESTful API design and development (1 Year)
Experience in Cloud-based hosting such as Azure or AWS (2 Years)
Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills (6 Years)
Candidate will be required to work Onsite 4 days a week
Preferred
Deep knowledge (4 years) of React
At least two years working with Next.js and Node.js
Knowledge of Typescript and cloud hosting such as Azure or AWS
