Technical Trainer

BSH Home Appliances Corporation is a leading manufacturer of home appliance brands Bosch, Gaggenau, and Thermador. The Technical Trainer will support the Field Service Technical Training Manager by empowering Customer Service Personnel and Service Agents with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively maintain and repair appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of technical training programs for internal staff and authorized service partners
Collaborate with product engineering, quality assurance, and customer service teams to identify and address recurring field issues
Develop and deliver high-quality, hands-on training sessions and materials (classroom, online, and field-based)
Support the design and continuous improvement of training curricula, tools, and procedures
Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to service personnel
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance technician performance and service quality
Stay up to date with new products, technologies, and service procedures to ensure training remains current and relevant
Maintain accurate training records and assist with certification tracking and reporting

Required

Associate degree
3-5 Years of Experience (Previous Training Experience)
Comprehensive domestic appliance knowledge
Electromechanical knowledge
Travel Percentage – up to 40% including domestic and international travel

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
5-7 Years of Experience (Previous Training Experience)
