Responsibilities
Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks
Manages teams of contract Support Personnel at multiple locations
Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management within the healthcare sector
Ability to conduct analyses to solve business problems
Experience in developing strategic business cases and workplans
Strong relationship-building skills with partners across the District
Ability to mentor team members
Experience in managing small to mid-sized projects
Ability to develop timelines and detailed workplans
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas to senior leaders
Experience in developing recommendations based on data from multiple stakeholders
Ability to produce and deliver executive presentations and program updates
