Responsibilities
Develop and execute preventive & predictive maintenance programs
Lead, mentor, and train maintenance team
Manage maintenance budgets and cost forecasts
Collaborate with Production, Engineering & Facilities teams
Optimize processes (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S)
Maintain EAM systems (Oracle, Qlik, SharePoint)
Oversee inventory & spare parts management
Ensure OSHA & regulatory compliance
Manage external contractors
Document and report maintenance KPIs & performance
Set goals, assign tasks, and evaluate team performance
Ensure safety, ethical practices, and high morale
Resolve conflicts, manage resources, and provide feedback
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Production, Manufacturing, or Product Engineering
5+ years leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial maintenance
Proficient in EAM, Microsoft Office, budgeting & predictive maintenance tools
Strong understanding of OSHA, industrial safety, and automation systems
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Valid passport (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
