Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze HR-related data

Assist with building dashboards and reports for HR leaders

Perform data integrity checks to ensure accuracy across HR systems

Help identify and communicate trends in recruitment, turnover, and engagement data

Support the HR Operations team with reporting and ad hoc analysis needs

Required

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
