Responsibilities
2D Image Comparison: Develop and maintain a web application to compare 2 or more drawings visually to identify similarities and differences
2D to 3D Conversion: Create and enhance a CATIA CAA tool to automatically convert sheet metal 2D drawings to 3D parts
Feature Recognition Library: Design and develop a Feature Recognition Library on CATIA V5 using CAA
Technical Document Migration: Migrate technical document publishing from Arbortext (PTC) to TechPubStudio (Teamcenter)
Solver Integration: Integrate the Abaqus solver with CATIA for enhanced simulation capabilities
Product Structure Automation: Automate the creation and updating of product structures in Enovia and CATIA
Tool Development: Develop and port various automation tools in the CATIA Electrical workbench using CAA, VB, and CATScripts
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in developing and automating tools within the CATIA environment
Strong background in CATIA CAA, VB, and CATScripts
Strong in C++, data structures, design patterns
Good understanding of geometry concepts in CATIA
Familiarity with ENOVIA V5/V6
Excellent communication and adaptability in global teams
