Division Head, Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care
Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking a full-time pediatrician to serve as the Division Head for Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care. This role involves setting and executing the division's strategic goals across clinical, research, education, and advocacy domains while mentoring faculty and fellows.

Responsibilities
Serve as the Division Head for the Division of Advanced General Pediatrics and Primary Care
Set and execute the division's strategic goals in clinical, research, education, and advocacy domains
Support division members’ career growth and development
Act as the representative in interactions with Department leadership, hospital and research institute administration, external groups, and philanthropic donors
Oversee divisional operational and philanthropic funding in partnership with the Division Administrator
Qualification
Required
Board certified in Pediatrics
Evidence of nationally recognized scholarly productivity
Clinical experience
Interest in faculty and fellow mentorship
Preferred
Fellowship training in general academic pediatrics
Master's level degree
